Joey Cole, MS, CSCS

Joey's adaptive coaching style provides an environment for all students to learn and grow. He puts an emphasis on movement quality instead of task completion. This leads to a safe and effective training experience for everyone no matter their experience level. Joey feels that its equally as important to learn why we perform each exercise the way we do as how to do them. He believes that once we learn “whys” we can get a greater understanding of movement overall and increase transferability of skills to other areas of fitness.
