Cully Strength Olympic Lifting

  • We will teach you everything you need to know to become proficient at the snatch, clean and jerk, and everything in between! We can do this in class and also in our weekend workshops.

  • Once you learn the basics we will focus on increasing your strength in the lifts. Training will get heavier and your confidence will continue to grow.

  • Let's see how you perform against other lifters on the competition platform. We can compete at local, regional, or national levels. The sky is the limit.
