Coach Joey 

Joey's adaptive coaching style provides an environment for all students to learn and grow. He puts an emphasis on movement quality instead of task completion which leads to a safe and effective training experience. Joey feels that it is also important to learn the why as well as the how of exercise. Once we learn why we use the techniques we employ we can get a greater understanding of movement overall and increase transferability of skills to other areas of fitness.
